Terms of Service

The basic conditions for using Paste Prompt and the relationship with mandatory regional consumer rights.

Privacy Policy
Service scope

Paste Prompt is a prompt-authoring tool. It does not warrant AI output or replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional judgment. Plus is not yet sold.

If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

1. Operator, agreement, and service

Metaspectrum operates Paste Prompt. Contact us at contact@meta-spectrum.com. These terms apply to the gallery, accounts, classes, and prompt save, use, and request features at paste-prompt.com.

Creating an account or continuing to use the service after the effective date means accepting these terms. Users who do not agree may use only the public gallery without signing in or stop using the service.

2. Accounts and classes

Users must maintain accurate account information and protect their sign-in method. Account classes are Origin, Curator, Plus, and Explorer.

Origin and Curator are operational permissions; Plus and Explorer represent available service features. Classes are not transferable property and may be adjusted for security, legal requirements, operational changes, or terms violations.

3. Acceptable use

Users must comply with applicable law and third-party rights. The service may not be used for unauthorized access, disruption, malware, abusive automated collection, authentication bypass, privacy violations, unlawful content, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Security researchers must use the repository’s private vulnerability-reporting process and must not post vulnerabilities or personal information in a public issue.

4. Prompts and user content

Users must have the rights needed for prompts and requests they submit. Users grant Paste Prompt a limited, non-exclusive permission to process submitted content to operate, display, search, review, secure, and improve the service.

We will add prompt-license labels, reporting, and takedown procedures before public Curator publishing launches. Dynamic inputs currently remain in the browser; do not enter confidential or sensitive information.

5. AI output and consequential use

Paste Prompt provides prompts for external AI tools and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness of external AI output.

Medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, admissions, or safety-related decisions require qualified professional and primary-source review. Users are responsible for checking facts and rights before using output.

6. Plus and payments

The technical Plus class exists, but no paid offering is currently sold. Before accepting payment, we will disclose price, tax, renewal, features, cancellation, refund, and payment-processor information and obtain any consent required by law.

Before a paid offering launches, the Plus class alone does not create a payment contract or refund entitlement.

When paid plans launch, checkout will identify the seller, total price and tax treatment, billing period, renewal date, trial terms, withdrawal, cancellation and refund methods, and the support channel at contact@meta-spectrum.com before purchase.

7. Changes, interruption, and account restrictions

We may change or temporarily interrupt features for safety, security, legal requirements, maintenance, or operational reasons. We will provide advance notice of material changes where reasonably possible.

We may limit account or feature access when there is a terms violation, authentication bypass, security risk, or use that creates material harm. Where law requires it, we provide the reason and an objection process.

8. Intellectual property, warranty, and liability

Rights in the Paste Prompt brand, design, software, and operator-provided content belong to Metaspectrum or their rightful owners.

The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes warranties, intentional or grossly negligent liability, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law and regional consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes may be brought before a court in Korea that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

However, nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights or a right to bring a claim in a local forum granted by mandatory California, EU/EEA, or other consumer-protection law. These terms do not waive rights under the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, or other applicable mandatory law.

10. Changes, severability, and contact

We will provide notice before material changes take effect and update the date above. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent possible.

Send terms, account, or service questions to contact@meta-spectrum.com.
